But, the question is, what do you see when you look at Him? Do you see the second person of the trinity, or do you see a trinity, three in One? You’ll only see Him as you look at Him through the Word. That’s the only way you know It, because He is the Word. It’ll reveal Himself. Depends on what you’re looking for
And as long as, in your heart, that you’re just not worked up, you’re just not emotional, but in your heart you know that you’re going to get it. You know that you have confessed your sins, you know that you have passed from death to Life, you know that you’re a child of God, an heir of these things, then there is nothing going to keep you from have it. Then you are perseverant
Now according to Webster, a paradox is “something that seems incredible, but it’s true,” therefore a paradox then would be the same as a miracle. A paradox is when something that–that seems like it just couldn’t be, the–the knowledge of the human mind; it’s altogether incredible, but yet it’s proven true
Now we have all kinds of investments. But the investment I’m asking about this morning… You might have made many good ones, but this is the best one you could make. I, as I have just quoted, I am an agent for Eternal Life.
Jesus speaking, said, “I come from the Father. Now, you went to John; he was a forceful speaker, preacher. And you were for a season (six months), glad to rejoice in that–in that light of John.” But said, “I don’t have testimony of man.” He said, “But the very works that I do is a testimony from God that He sent Me to do it.” He said, “Now, you believed Him? And He loved you because you have loved Me.” And that’s how God loves you, when you love Jesus. And He said… They said, “Now, You’re speaking plainly and not a proverb. And now we believe that You know all things.” You believe He still knows all things? All right. “And by this, we believe that You come from God.” And Jesus said, “Do you now believe?”
When I think about the prodigal tonight that’s away from God, out yonder in the sin, brother, eating in hog pens, running around over the world… Why, why wouldn’t you, during the time of this revival, if you wasted your life in these years in riotous living, and your substance, why don’t you now turn in your heart to the Father? If you have done what’s wrong, why don’t you meet Him tonight halfway down the path and throw your arms around Him. “Say, you mean to tell me, Brother Branham, God still loves me?” He’s looking for you tonight. He’s watching for you. The Holy Spirit’s here to preserve Life, to keep you, to give you the blessing, to select you. And if you’ve been elected in God, you’ve come here tonight by some purpose.
He said, “I’s been a Christian since I was a little boy. And my old mammy,” said, “she’s been gone for years…” And said, “I’s been blind now for several years. I got cataracts on my eyes. The doctor man said he couldn’t take them off. They done wrapped around the optical nerve, and he couldn’t take them off.” And he said, “I never heard of you in my life, Parson Branham.” But said, “last night about nine o’clock I went to bed,” he said, “I dreamed I saw my old mammy come up to my bedside. And she said to me, ‘Honey, rise up and put on your clothes, and go down to a city called Moahart. And have Brother Branham to pray for you; you’re going to get your sight.'” He says, “Do you believes that, Brother Branham?” I said, “I believe it with all my heart.” He said, “My old mammy never told me a lie in her life. And I got up and put on my clothes. And my wife helped me to the bus station. And we’s went over to the auditorium, and they told us you were here. And we come over here, and been standing here,” and it raining as hard as it could rain.
